I am the youngest son of Basilia and Hernando Villacorta,both native of San Rafael,Bulacan,Philippines.

I started working in animation after graduating from college in 1990.
 I started as a trainee for Fil-Cartoons Inc. a subsidiary of Hanna-Barbera Productions California.After six months,I was moved to a full layout artist.I have done numerous T.V. animated series such as Scooby Doo,The Flinstones,Yogi Bear,Addams Family and many more.

In 1996 I moved to United States and worked on a feature animated film for Fox Animation and after a couple of years, I went back to the Philippines for good. But in 2001, Walt Disney Animation Studios Australia offered me a job as a layout artist and worked there for five years as a Senior Layout Artist and Workbook Artist .

Unfortunately , Disney closed down the studio in mid-2006.Since then I decided to put up my own studio at home under the Australian Business Name "Creative Zone". I'm currently working as a Freelance Visual Development Artist for various Animation Studios in the US, Canada and Australia.
